Chemotargets and the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (Galicia, Spain) have signed an agreement by which Chemotargets will use its methodology to select a focused set of ca. 10,000 compounds designed to provide maximum coverage across a panel of ca. 1200 targets from all main protein families of therapeutic relevance. This set of compounds will constitute the basis for a screening collection to be used by the BioFarma research group led by Dra. Mabel Loza in high-throughput screening campaigns in multiple projects.
